Can I buy without registration?

The product I want to order has the “UNAVAILABLE” status. Can I buy it?
The product is currently not available in our offer. However, there is a good chance that it will return to sales soon.

How to use the “ASK FOR PRODUCT” option?
You need to fill in a short form on the product page and we will send you an answer as soon as possible.

How does the “NOTIFY ME ABOUT AVAILABILITY” function work?
If you are interested in the product, give us your e-mail address and we will send you a message when the product will be available again.

What's the easiest way to add the product to “Favourites” and view the list of saved products?
You can add the product to the wishlist by clicking on the “Add to favourites” (located under the “Add to cart” button). You can view the list by clicking the heart symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.



Where can I find the document confirming the purchase?
We will send the receipt or invoice inside the package with the product.

What payment methods are available in the CandyTM store?
The order can be paid via ordinary bank transfer or via, credit cards, You can also order products cash on delivery and pay for them when you get the package. You can also defer payment using the “Twisto - BUY NOW AND PAY WITHIN 21 DAYS” option. You can read more about the service at:



Where can I track my order status?
We will inform you about the status of your order by email. You can also track it within your customer account.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is 1-4 business days, to which should be added the time needed for parcel delivery (1-3 business days).

Can I benefit from free delivery in CandyTM?
Yes. For free shipment the purchase price must be at least PLN 149.

Who will deliver my parcel?
Orders are sent to InPost parcel lockers. We also cooperate with InPost couriers and deliver via Paczka w RUCHu service. We ship abroad by Poczta Polska.

Do you ship your products abroad?
Of course.

Who to contact if the packaging of the delivered product was damaged?
Please file a complaint with the courier company.



Where can I send the complaint/return document?

Who pays for return shipment?

Can I use the quick returns option?
Yes, we provide our Customers with a quick return option using the parcel locker. The cost of this service is PLN 10. Please visit the website:

How long does it take to process a complaint and reimbursement?
Complaint is processed within no more than 14 business days. We have the same amount of time to reimburse the money. We can, however, ensure that we perform all activities in the shortest possible time.



I have a discount coupon. How can I use it?
The coupon entitles you to a discount during shopping. Enter it in the order form in the “Coupon” field.

Yes. You can find the appropriate form at the bottom of the page. You can unsubscribe by clicking the “UNSUBSCRIBE FROM NEWSLETTER” button located below the form.
